Description
A collection of case files and related essays and commentaries taken from the files of PEG (Paranormal Encounters Groups). There can be few experiences more disturbing and alarming than alien abduction. The unfortunate victim is taken against their will to an unknown destination by entities with whom they can neither communicate nor control.

The methods by which these alleged abductions take place vary, but the end results are often similar and frequently culminate in unwarranted surgical procedures where individuals may be tagged by the surgical insertion of monitoring devices, usually referred to as implants, into their body. Intrusive medical examinations, the artificial insemination of women and removal of tissue from the abductee are also regularly reported.

Introduction

The following case files and related commentaries are taken from the files of P-E-G (Paranormal Encounters Groups)

There can be few experiences more disturbing and alarming than alien abduction. The unfortunate victim is taken against their will to an unknown destination by entities with whom they can neither communicate nor control. The methods by which these alleged abductions take place vary, but the end results are often similar and frequently culminate in unwarranted surgical procedures where individuals may be ‘tagged’ by the surgical insertion of monitoring devices, usually referred to as ‘implants’, into their body. Intrusive medical examinations, the artificial insemination of women and removal of tissue from the abductee are also regularly reported.

The accounts of insemination and the eventual removal of live foetuses from abducted human females are a particularly repulsive and worrying development. In some cases, the captors of the female abductees have shown them specific hybrid children with the clear inference that they are their own offspring. Although the reason for this is open to speculation it is assumed that this breeding technique is used to create a species of human/alien hybrids. Furthermore, it has recently been discovered that not only are people abducted, but often those taken are ‘serial abductees’ who are abducted repeatedly, almost as if their abductors were conducting ongoing experiments. This ‘repeater scenario’ is particularly relevant in the case of alleged cross breeding programmes. Although there is no clear demarcation between social groups or races regarding who is, or is not taken, in recent times the only common factor to appear in alleged alien abductees is genetic.

While many nineteenth century accounts of human/alien interaction have been mythologised, subtly altered and glamourised in fiction, nonetheless there are many common elements that create continuity between them. One of the earliest theories relating to the abduction and forcible interbreeding of humans with extraterrestrial, or at least non-human beings, surfaced during the late nineteenth, early twentieth century among esoteric European groups like the ‘Thule Society’. This organisation, some of whose curious ideas on racial purity were later incorporated into Nazi ideology, claimed that in the dawn of time certain strains of emerging humanity were selected for genetic modification. The name ‘Thule’ also refers to the capital of the legendary Aryan polar country of ‘Hyperborea’ sometimes referred to as ‘Ultima Thule’, which was supposedly the gateway to another world. Significantly, Thule was therefore recognised as a place where humans could, by whatever means, leave the earth and it was also reputedly sited at an entrance to the ‘Hollow Earth’. Depending upon interpretation, this lends some credence to the idea that the alien abduction scenario is rooted in folklore and traditional legends of subterranean ‘super races’ and we shall return to this concept later.

Thule Society dogma taught that the Hyperboreans were supposedly in contact with an extraterrestrial or at least an alien (subterranean?) race and in some versions of this story which parallel the current UFO mythos there was alleged interbreeding. In common with the legendary inhabitants of Atlantis, the Hyperboreans engaged in semi-continuous war with neighbouring civilisations, which over time escalated into the use of mythical ‘super weapons’ usually interpreted as atomic. This perpetual conflict eventually resulted in a Pyrrhic victory for the Hyperboreans, who in addition to defeating their enemies virtually destroyed themselves in the process. In common with the short and long term genetic damage from radiation caused by the nuclear devastation at Hiroshima and Nagasaki, the surviving Hyperboreans were soon faced with the prospect of mutated and otherwise genetically damaged offspring. Showing remarkable resolve, those not sustaining any visible effects banded together and effectively removed themselves from the gene pool in a variety of self imposed quarantine and any ‘damaged’ offspring from this group although not killed outright, were systematically neutered soon after birth. This early example of eugenics was practised for decades until they were sure that any defective genes had been bred out. Through time, the other group having literally mutated themselves to the brink of extinction eventually died out, although whether they were ‘assisted’ in this fate is open to debate. This may seem like and indeed is a harsh, clinical line to adopt, but being faced with the stark choice of the total extinction of their entire race or partial survival, they had few other options; truly, the survival of the fittest.

The alleged descendants of this seminal ‘Mother race’ were the Celts, who like the ripples on a pond spread out colonising various northern areas of the planet. The Scots, Irish, Basques, Spanish, Scandinavians, Icelanders and the Portuguese, all these peoples are of Celtic origin. These disparate nationalities have one common genetic trait, a large percentage of Rh-negative blood types, which, according to the beliefs of the Thule society was a characteristic of the Hyperboreans and their extraterrestrial associates. In recent times, the majority of alleged alien abductees reportedly share Rh-negative blood groups; does this indicate that ET cultures are actively tracking their cross-bred progeny? Other races and peoples who possessed positive blood types were considered racially impure since positive blood was considered contaminated by contact with the primate-evolved strand of human DNA. Unfortunately, this facet of the equation tends to introduce undesirable factors of racial stereotyping, an attitude which while not acceptable to the majority of humanity, may be of no consequence to non-terrestrial, or indeed non-human, beings whose ethos, morality, agenda and outlook may be totally different to ours.

For the most part, investigators who study the UFO phenomenon fall into two camps, those that subscribe to the Extraterrestrial Hypothesis or ETH, and those who regard it as an example of a psychosocial and cultural mythology. Apart for ignoring or trivialising certain laws of physics, proponents of the ETH insist that the abductors originate from a variety of stellar sources and travel here for their own enigmatic reasons. Conversely, those who view abduction as part of a psychosocial and cultural phenomenon cite cases of human abduction throughout history where the unfortunate human beings were taken by fairies, elves, trolls and goblins. It is interesting to note that these historical references often feature strong comparisons with modern alien abductions where there is evidence of sexual interaction between captive and captor. This is often expressed in the form of ‘changelings’, where human babies were exchanged for a fairy (alien?) child. The fate of the human child is unclear, but it is often inferred that as with ET abduction scenarios, it is used for breeding purposes, perhaps to strengthen failing genetic traits. It is in this particular paradigm that the possibility of a hollow earth giving sanctuary to hidden and forgotten races finds support. Before embarking on accounts of recent abduction cases it is necessary to briefly examine the possibilities presented by the hollow earth as a source for the abductors.
